1.) The Client
Grant Kemp (President of CreativeCashFlow.com) is recognized an inefficient stage from one of the most crucial buying process: the Checkout Page/Order Page.
He reached out to me to figure out a way to solve the problem & significantly increase the “finish purchase” rate of our visitors.
2.) The Brief
A couple things are wrong in the old checkout page, I told him. Things like:
– Bad design, flat & completely unappealing
– Lack of social proof
– No money-back guarantee for quality assurance
– and much, much more…
The solution? A complete revamp.
3.) The Results
I created a a gorgeously optimized checkout page, complete with testimonials, buyer’s guarantee, logic of why visitors should buy now, security reassurance of the safety of our buying protocols, etc.
